BANANA BREAD, 2 WAYS


Make 4 breads

Can be frozen


Ingredients


14 very ripe bananas

1 cup of soy milk

1/2 cup melted vegan margarine

4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

6 cups of flour

4 tablespoons of ground flax seeds

4 teaspoons of baking powder

4 teaspoons of baking soda

2 teaspoons of salt

2 cups of brown sugar


Chocolate and nuts:

1 cup chopped walnuts

2 cups of chocolate chips


Seeds and oat:

1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup of oats

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

3 tablespoons of hemp seeds



Directions


Preheat the oven to 350F.


Oil and flour 4 bread molds.


Mash the bananas and mix with the wet ingredients. In a second bowl, combine the dry ingredients and combine with the wet ones. Divide the batter in half.


In one, add the nuts and chocolate. In the second, seeds and oats. Place half of each batter in each mold.


Bake for 50 minutes.


Let cool before unmolding.
